It is our largest project implemented so far. Within the framework of the project, a complete fruit and vegetable processing plant were created and stable operation of the plant was ensured. Our specialists have been involved in the work of this project since the construction of the production area of the factory.
Full consultation was provided regarding the area necessary for the normal operation of the factory, production buildings, their surface and structure, their layout, and other features, taking into account the requirements and features of the organization of the production process. With the direct assistance of our specialists, a canning workshop was built on the premises of the factory, which includes:
- – manufacturing sector
- – office area,
- – employee hygiene and recreation sector,
- – warehouse,
- – refrigerator
- – an area of raw material reception and finished product release works,
- – vegetable roasting and pre-processing section
- – boiler house.
The vast majority of equipment and production lines in the factory were built by us. Some of the parts, purchased and imported by the company from abroad, were repaired, adjusted, and assembled by us, ensuring their harmonious operation with the equipment produced by us. The list of equipment supplied and installed by us as part of this project includes:
- – Vegetable grilling line,
- – Washing and sorting equipment,
- – Closed and open cooking pots,
- – Canning production lines,
- – Filling and capping lines,
- – Sterilization and pasteurization devices,
- – Packaging equipment,
- – Movable and static tables,
- – Washing tubs, etc.
Within the framework of the project, in order to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the workshops, an artesian water extraction system, water storage tanks, and the entire internal water supply pipeline were installed. For all the automated equipment supplied, their automatic control panels were also developed, and the power supply lines and equipment for the entire plant area were installed, including also the external and internal lighting of the area, the sewage system was also built. Our specialists also provided comprehensive support in the gas and electricity supply works of the factory, providing appropriate advice. Within the framework of the project, the client was also provided with extensive support in the formation of the work team. The list of positions necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the production process was given, the requirements presented to the professionals aspiring to the latter, and specifically experienced specialists known to us were also proposed for some of the most important positions. The general planning, organization, coordination, and control of works in the factory were carried out under the direct leadership of Pyotr Arabyan.
