Within the framework of the project, a complete drying shed was built in the village of Sardarapat in the Armavir region. The structure of the factory has been designed, starting from auxiliary service areas to the actual workshop and storage areas with regulated thermal regimes. Within the framework of the organization of the production process in the workshop, we designed, built, assembled, and put into operation a complete flow line for pre-processing of raw materials, which includes designed and built us:
- – continuous operation of water washing machine,
- – bubble washing machine,
- – high-pressure water jet washer,
- – sorting conveyor,
- – dryers,
- – semifinished dry washing, reseeding and forming equipment, etc.
Within the framework of the project, we also provided technological consulting on the preparation of dry goods, as well as staff training. In the example of the above-mentioned projects, we have also built separate equipment for “Armavir Fruit”, “Semur & Co”, “Rival” and other companies.
